We’re inviting all curious & beginner yogis to join The Cycling Yogi’s 5 week introduction course!

Our “Yoga Foundations” series is a 5 week workshop meant for new yogis to learn about yoga basics and begin their yoga journey! This series is also great for current yogi’s looking to go back to the basics and perfect their practice!
