Our Teachers & Staff
A small, family-like studio with fifteen regularly scheduled teachers — many of whom were students here first. Every teacher is certified in the classes they lead, and several bring backgrounds in physical therapy, personal training, and massage.

Amy believes yoga brings life. Over the past 10 years, she has had the honor of teaching different styles of yoga to all types of people.

A Colorado native and middle school math teacher, Ashley found her passion for group fitness in college and holds a 200-hour Vinyasa certification. She's back after eight years in Mexico.

Newly retired from construction and an avid Colorado cyclist, Bryan brings music and high energy to the bike, with a great mix of climbing and sprinting.

Darla brings over thirteen years of practice and RYT-200 certification with additional Yin training, teaching accessible, challenging classes built on creativity, safety, and alignment.


A TCY member since 2017, Ellen completed her 200-hour certification in 2022. She builds classes that are accessible and challenging, leaving students centered and energized.

A cycling instructor since 2016, Heidi is a pediatric physical therapist and Regis University professor who brings three decades of health and movement expertise to the bike.

Jade found yoga through dance at twelve. Her classes lean on props, modifications, and guided assistance to build somatic awareness and joy in movement.

Practicing since 1999 and certified in Yoga Sculpt, Barre, and 200-hour YTT, Laurel teaches safe, energetic classes with great music for all fitness levels.

Lindsay is TCY's Front Desk Ambassador and a member since nearly the beginning, with almost 1,000 visits. She makes sure every guest feels right at home.

Lisa found yoga in college and became a teacher after five years at The Cycling Yogi. She teaches high-energy Vinyasa alongside slow flows and restorative classes.

Patsy discovered yoga looking for a new workout and began training in 2009. Certified in Yoga Sculpt, TRX, Barre, and Tabata Bootcamp, she loves teaching new students.


A TCY member for over ten years, Tamara became a Barre Fit instructor after the classes resolved her running-related knee pain. She loves that 45 minutes covers every muscle group.
