It's best to reserve your spot in class prior to attending. This way, you commit this time in your own schedule (sometimes the hardest part!). Our classes are limited in capacity and if you reserve prior, you know you have a spot. Some find the reservation helps hold them accountable to their exercise program.

Please only reserve classes you know you will be able to attend.   

You can make and cancel reservations directly from our app, The Cycling Yogi which is available at the Google or Apple store.

Your yoga practice is just that - a practice. The more you are able to come to class, the greater it will serve y thou. Two times or more a week seems to be the tipping point that will make all the difference in your practice and in your life. As a "new" client to the studio, we recommend coming at least 6 times during your trial month to really get the most out of your month and experience all the studio has to offer. 

 It's pretty easy. If you have a yoga mat, bring that. If not, we have mats you can use. Bring a water bottle if you'd like. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. We have props and towels available for you to borrow, or feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

For Cycle & fitness classes – you can wear your regular running/tennis shoes or biking shoes with SPD clips.

If it's your first class, arrive about 10 minutes early to get all set up. We can help you get set up on the bike or yoga room before class. 

This is the most common misconception that prevents people from coming to yoga class. Yoga is not about how flexible you are already, but about strengthening your body and spine in all directions and, gradually, improving flexibility. Through consistent yoga practice, your flexibility will improve, but it is not necessary to be flexible before coming to class.

If a class is full, please add yourself to the waitlist. Once another client cancels their reservation, the first person on the waitlist is added to the class and will receive an email or text notification up to 1 hr prior to the start of class. If you are on the waitlist, plan on coming to class and cancel the waitlist reservation if you make other plans. The system will add you to the class at all hours of the day/night as cancellations occur. We will manually add people to a class, one hour prior to the start of class.

Things to know:

  • The waitlist text message becomes stagnant after 36 hours. If you attempt to reply 36 hours after receiving a text, you will receive an error message and will not be marked as confirmed on the class sign-in sheet.
  • You can be added to the class, from the waitlist up to 1 hour before the class. Please check to see if you have been added to the class. If you can no longer make it, please remove yourself from the waitlist.
  • If you reply "N" to a waitlist notification after the class's cancellation window has passed (2 hours prior to class), you will be late cancelled from the class.
  • If you reply "STOP" you will still be shown your profile subscriptions as being opted into texts, but won't receive any. You can reply "START" to subscribe again.
  • Clients must opt into "Reminders and schedule changes" communications to receive waitlist notifications.
  • If you have more than one waitlist notifications, and you reply "Y," the "Y" applies to the oldest unconfirmed class.

If you signed up for a class and can't make it, please cancel at least 2 hours before the class to avoid a $5 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 2 hours or do not show up for a class and have a class pack, one class will be deducted from your pack. If you have an Unlimited Membership, a $15 fee will be charged.  you will be charged. We appreciate you cancelling your reservation as soon as possible to allow another client to attend. Reservations may be cancelled using our app. This policy is in effect during inclement weather as well. 

Please try not to leave class early. If you must, tell the instructor in advance and leave as quietly as possible. 

CLASSES START ON TIME. If you arrive after the start of class, you will be locked out. This is out of respect for the other students in the class as well as the instructor. 

Instructors are asked to lock the doors at class time and start on time.

You can purchase a gift card in any amount. 

YES! We are a little hard to find. We are not visible from the street. Please allow an extra 5 minutes to find us your first time in.

We are located at 12790 W. Alameda Pkwy Unit G (lower level, East side of the building, under SCL Health sign)

We are on the BACK side of the building next to the Colorado Bounce Company. 

We have plenty of safe (lit), free parking.

We may cancel class(s) if the weather is severe and travel is not safe. Check our schedule for current cancellations. Please do cancel your reservation if you know you will not be coming. This helps us in making the decision to keep or cancel a class. Reservations can easily be canceled from our app, The Cycling Yogi, available on the Apple and Google store.

Classes with 0 attendees registered in the class may be cancelled 30 minutes before class time. (another good reason to sign up ahead of time for classes you want to attend!).


All memberships can be cancelled with 14 days written notice.

Please submit our membership change request form for membership cancellations or holds. Or email us at info@thecyclingyogi.com at least 2 weeks prior to your next autopay. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (voicemails or messages through instructors will not get processed).

For our studio classes, students 16 and older can attend classes on their own (with a signed waiver from a parent or guardian). We ask students between 13 and 15 to practice with an adult. Contact us for more information.

Yes! We offer private 1:1 and private group classes! Private 1 hour one-on-one sessions are $85 for one class, $350 for 5 classes ($70 per class). Small group pricing: Private 1 hour class of up to 5 people, Gather a group of your friends or family $200 for one class ($40 per person) $900 for 5 classes ($36 per person per class). In addition to our awesome group classes, The Cycling Yogi also offers small group and one-on-one personal training. Working one-on-one with a personal trainer can help you reach or succeed your specific fitness goals. We can create a fun, safe and effective program that will undoubtedly get you results.
