We offer supportive, small group classes that are easy to integrate and address all aspects of your total fitness and wellness journey. Our current class offerings include: Cycle/Yoga; Barre; Yoga – Vinyasa, Deep Stretch, Yoga for Athletes, Yin & Yoga Sculpt.
Classic 30/30
OUR FLAGSHIP 60 MINUTE CLASS! This 60 minute class consists of 30 minutes of Yoga-Infused Indoor Cycling followed by 30 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga. While motivating and challenging, this class is perfect for those who are just starting out or those looking to burn calories and gain strength and endurance in ONE class!
All levels welcome! If any part of the ride is too hard, take a beat, sit back, and hop back in when you’re ready! Modifications are always welcome!
Vinyasa
A series of flowing poses linked together with breath. This class is designed to open the body through movement while quieting the mind with breath. Working together to create a meditation in motion.
All levels welcome! Our yoga classes range in challenge, flow and style to fit every experience level. Modifications are given. Come fire up your strength and ignite your intent.
Power Cycle
Power Cycle is a 45 minute cycling workout for those who want to burn calories, increase heart rate and enjoy a fun filled class of fitness and well being. Power cycle is motivating, invigorating and leaves you with a sense of accomplishment. It attracts all levels of people who want to a great workout in a fun atmosphere. Ride with intervals, sprints, hills and sweat it out!

Barre Fit
A sculpting workout developed from foundational Pilates and ballet movements with the use of a ballet bar, ball and small weights. Upper body and ab sculpting in addition to small amounts of cardio work. Glutes on FIRE! Little movements, big results! Shoes or Toe Sox optional. A 45 minute class.

Yoga Sculpt
A full body workout! When muscle meets yoga…there’s Yoga Sculpt. You’ll combine free weights with yoga sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges, bicep curls, etc. This unique combination of power yoga and strength training will give you a full body workout. Yoga, cardio and strength moves to boost your metabolism and build lean muscle. This class will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted.

Cycle Strength Circuit
We use this class to get our big cardio and weighted work in while still focusing on smart and balanced circuits. This small group circuit training class will use various equipment to strengthen the entire body. The HIIT circuits are a combination of stations using weights, BOSU trainers, TRX, bands, and more. Class will incorporate cardio and core work and can be modified for all levels. It will rock your body. We promise.
All levels welcome. Athletic shoes required.
Weighted 30/30
Small hand weights (always optional) are added to this version of our classic 30/30 class to add just a little more challenge to your workout on the bike! This 60 minute class consists of 30 minutes of Yoga-Infused Indoor Cycling with small hand weights (optional) followed by 30 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga. This is a great class for those looking to burn calories, gain strength and endurance while stretching out muscles and, most importantly, find strength in themselves.

Restorative Yoga / Deep Stretch
A blissful 60-minute relaxing yoga journey. Find your deepest relaxation in this 60 minute class that incorporates props (bolster, blankets, blocks, etc.) into the poses to create a completely effortless experience in each floor-based pose.This level of support allows students to slow down and let go of long-held tension.
A great class anytime you feel the need to just step back from the whirlwind of life!
All levels welcome. Props are provided or you may bring your own.
Kick Start Ride
This ride will jump start your weekend! In just 45 minutes you’ll go through sprints, climbs, intervals, weights (optional) and a whole lotta love! You’ll be glad you arrived and pushed through! You will leave with a sense of accomplishment and invigorated as you set out to enjoy the rest of your weekend!
