We offer powerful yoga, spinning, and combo classes to make you feel confident and healthy inside and out. Our current class offerings include: Cycle/Yoga; Barre; Yoga – Vinyasa, Deep Stretch, Yoga for Athletes, Yin & Yoga Sculpt.
Classic 30/30
OUR FLAGSHIP 60 MINUTE CLASS! This special combination offers the best of both worlds, starting with 30 minutes of an exhilarating indoor cycling session and ending with a revitalizing 30 minute vinyasa yoga practice.
All levels welcome! If any part of the ride is too hard, take a beat, sit back, and hop back in when you’re ready! Modifications are always welcome!
Vinyasa
Flow-based yoga practice that synchronizes movement with breath, promoting flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. This practice enhances flexibility, builds muscle strength, and promotes mental clarity and stress relief.
All levels welcome! Our yoga classes range in challenge, flow and style to fit every experience level. Modifications are given. Come fire up your strength and ignite your intent.
Power Cycle
Power Cycle is a 45 minute high-intensity indoor cycling sessions designed to boost cardiovascular fitness and burn calories.
This class is geared towards those who enjoy a high-energy, music-driven workout focused on cardio.
All levels welcome!
Barre Fit
A low-impact, ballet-inspired workout that incorporates elements of Pilates, dance, and strength training.
Upper body and ab sculpting in addition to small amounts of cardio work. Glutes on FIRE! Little movements, big results! Shoes or Toe Sox optional. A 45 minute class.

Yoga Sculpt
A full body workout! When muscle meets yoga…there’s Yoga Sculpt. You’ll combine free weights with yoga sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges, bicep curls, etc. This unique combination of power yoga and strength training will give you a full body workout. Yoga, cardio and strength moves to boost your metabolism and build lean muscle. This class will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted.

Cycle / Barre Strength Circuit
Our Cycle & Barre Fusion class combines 30 minutes of indoor cycling with 30 minutes of barre strength training. This hybrid workout starts with a high-energy cycling session to boost your cardio fitness, followed by a barre segment that focuses on toning and strengthening your muscles with ballet-inspired exercises.
The HIIT circuits are a combination of stations using weights, BOSU trainers, TRX, bands, and more. Class will incorporate cardio and core work and can be modified for all levels. It will rock your body. We promise.
All levels welcome. Athletic shoes required.
Restorative Yoga / Deep Stretch
A blissful 60-minute relaxing yoga journey. A gentle practice focusing on relaxation, mindfulness, and restoration through supported poses and deep breathing.
This practice is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful and meditative practice that promotes relaxation and self-care, Particularly beneficial for those experiencing high stress, anxiety, fatigue, or seeking a gentle practice to restore balance in their lives.
All levels welcome. Props are provided or you may bring your own.
First Friday Foundations (NOW FREE!)
This class is the perfect fir for new students, current students trying a new class, former students easing back in, & anyone interested in revisiting the basics!
How it works: On the first Friday of every month, we offer a class to focus on the fundamentals. We’ll provide a breakdown of the basics and additional support so you can get more comfortable with our class types and explore the mind-body connection.
