The Cycling Yogi offers supportive, small group classes that are easy to integrate and address all aspects of your total fitness and wellness journey. You will leave class feeling empowered and focused on becoming the ultimate version of yourself.
Our current class offerings include: Cycle/Yoga (cycle AND yoga in one class); Barre; Yoga – Vinyasa, Deep Stretch, Yoga for Athletes, Yin & Yoga Sculpt.
We strive to create a safe space for members to work towards their wellness goals, feel better physically and feel connected to themselves while being supported by a community of people to keep them motivated and accountable. All members of The Cycling Yogi community supports each other, and we want to share that positivity with you!

It’s the easiest way to view our schedule and sign up for classes.
Step 2: Choose a Plan
If you are aiming to relieve stress, get in shape, sleep better, heel pain, the magic number is to practice 2-3 times per week, which leads most people to thrive on our Unlimited Membership Plan. AND, new clients can get their first month at ½ off!
If once a week is more your jam, no problem, we also have our Maintenance Membership.
Step 3: Just show up!
Feeling nervous? Don’t worry, that’s totally normal. When you arrive for your first class, let our friendly staff know it’s your first time and we’ll show you around and walk you through everything you need to know. We’ve got you!
