We’re so glad you’re here. At The Cycling Yogi, we believe movement, breath, and community are for every body, whether you’ve never stepped foot in a studio, haven’t been on a bike in years, or you’re already a dedicated yogi. Our mission is to create a space where you can explore movement with joy, curiosity, and confidence, free from judgment or pressure.
We know that starting something new can feel both exciting and a little intimidating, that’s why we’ve designed a free first week of classes just for you. This isn’t a limited “trial” with tricks or fine print. It’s a genuine invitation to experience our classes, meet our amazing teachers and community, and find out what feels good for your body and your life.
In your free week, you can explore our full offerings, from heart-pumping cycle flows to strength-building barre, from grounding yoga to fusion classes that mix ride and stretch, all with no commitment and no hidden fees. It’s our way of welcoming you, supporting you, and showing you what your wellness journey could look like at The Cycling Yogi.

Once you’re signed up:
You can view the weekly schedule
Book classes ahead of time (This gives you peace of mind and seat priority in popular sessions.)
Step 3: Attend
New things can feel a little nerve-wracking… and that’s okay! Arrive early, say hi, and let us know it’s your first class. Our team will take care of the rest.
Step 4: Decide Whats Next
At the end of your free week, choose a membership that fits your lifestyle. Sign up during your free week and enjoy 50% off your first month of our Unlimited Membership, our most popular option.For most people, practicing 2–3 times per week is the sweet spot for feeling stronger, calmer, and more energized.
