Amy Scott– Amy believes yoga brings life.  Over the past 10 years, she has had the honor of teaching different styles of yoga to all types of people.  Throughout her classes, she will encourage you to unwind from life, build yourself up & leave feeling eager to step back into life.  She encourages you to honor where you are while maintaining a positive mind.  Amy has her 200hr yoga certification, also trained in Hot yoga, Restorative, Sculpt & Barre formats.

Saturdays – 8:00-9:00a – Yoga Sculpt
Tuesdays – 9:30-10:30a – Vinyasa

Ross Ireland– Drawn to the beauty and adventure in the mountains, Ross moved to Colorado over five years ago. He first discovered yoga as a complement to an active lifestyle and enjoys the awareness it brings to movement, breath, and ability to focus attention. He loves fostering this conscious awareness with students on the mat to be utilized off the mat in daily living. In his class, you will find fun and challenging sequences coupled with mudras and breath work that focus on strengthening your meditative practice.

Guiding you on Tuesday evenings
Tuesdays- 7:30-8:30p – Restorative Yoga

Jamie Mann– Jamie began practicing yoga in 2011 while struggling with a spinal injury left over from years of competitive gymnastics. Yoga provided her not only with some physical relief, but also a new found sense of mental and emotional clarity. Jamie loved the practice so much that in 2014 she felt called to learn to teach and pursued a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training course. Since graduating, Jamie never stopped being a student of yogic philosophy and anatomical alignment. She has studied Ashtanga under Shri R. Sharath Jois in Mysore India and Anusara alignment techniques from Amy Ippoliti in Boulder Colorado. Jamie’s classes are lighthearted and upbeat while adding just the right amount of spirituality and fun challenges.

In 2014 Chris completed his 200 hour teacher training and began teaching Vinyasa flow. Since that time, Chris has logged numerous hours training in Vinyasa flow, inversions and arm-balances. Chris will inspire you to challenge both your mind and body through unique and playful flows, arm-balances and inversions. In Chris’s classes you will experience ever-changing expansions in practice as he is continuously creating new and imaginative flows.
