Our current class offerings include:
Cycle/Yoga (a dynamic class that blends both cycling and yoga), Barre, and a variety of Yoga styles including Vinyasa, Deep Stretch, Yoga for Athletes, Yin, and Yoga Sculpt.
We’re here to help you feel better in your body, reconnect with yourself, and stay motivated—surrounded by a community that uplifts and supports one another. You’ll leave each class feeling empowered, inspired, and aligned with your best self.

This is our app to book classes & manage your account! It’s the easiest way to view our schedule and sign up for classes.

Consistency is key. Whether your goal is to reduce stress, improve sleep, heal pain, or get in shape, practicing 2–3 times a week is the sweet spot—and that’s where our Unlimited Weekly Membership shines.
For just $35/week, you get unlimited access to all in-studio classes and our on-demand video library, so you can move anytime, anywhere. It’s flexible, auto-renews weekly, and you can cancel anytime before your next billing—no long-term commitment required.
Prefer a lighter routine? No worries—we also offer our Maintenance Membership, perfect for those looking to come once a week and still stay connected.

Feeling nervous? Don’t worry, that’s totally normal. When you arrive for your first class, let our friendly staff know it’s your first time and we’ll show you around and walk you through everything you need to know. We’ve got you!
